Pacy little honeymoon they had there. The #Greens Party policy to abandon Ukraine to the merciless Putin is as ethically bereft as our government sending bomber bits to Israel while it's trying to obliterate Gaza. Stand against war criminals or stay home. Who dis? New vote.
I'm a left-of-Labor voter, which has often meant voting 1 for the Greens. You'd be right surmising my politics are pretty anti-war too. But failing to aid Ukraine's defence against invasion is loathsome and the purported principle invoked is one that does not meet the moment

David Shoebridge believes the Greens can win votes by campaigning to scrap the AUKUS nuclear-powered submarine pact and legalise recreational cannabis.

Something really fishy going on with absentee ballots for overseas voters for the American midterms. In all the years I have lived in the UK I have never not received a ballot. This year it seems to have gone missing. What do I do? Any suggestions? Apparently it was meant to have arrived mid-Sept.
