They left me alone with the Bing Bong Machine.
Rookie mistake…

* The face of someone who has just realised he could address the entire station without leaving his blanket

I have no announcement to make at this time.
But it’s reassuring to know that I could cause chaos….

Apparently something rather exciting is arriving at a few houses today

So I thought I’d just sit here and wait

Not for anything in particular, obviously

Just waiting

Casually

By the door

Watching every delivery van that goes past

Anyone else waiting for a delivery today?

Good morning & welcome to #Caturday

Whatever this week has brought you, you made it to today.

So be a little kinder to yourself.
Take your time.
Notice the good things, however small they might be.

You don’t have to make today extraordinary.

Our new little friend & mom Tierna and others continued their inland stay. Just got word baby has officially been given the ID designation of T036A1B by Bay Cetology. It has been so heartwarming to welcome & meet this new babe.

In 1901, the Bernheim-Jeune gallery in Paris held a major exhibition of Van Gogh’s work. It shifted his art from scandal to sincerity—from shock to a new standard of quality.

Monet rarely mixed colors on his palette.

Instead, he set pure hues side by side, allowing the viewer’s eyes to do the mixing.

Night night sweet dreamies

Sometimes the nicest way to end a busy day is to stop thinking about everything you still have to do & remember everything you managed to do

Tomorrow can wait until tomorrow.

Monet rarely painted people after Camille’s death.

Some critics see this as grief’s shadow; others argue his interest shifted naturally toward landscapes.

Growing up fast! Bramble’s care team feeds her around the clock to keep her growing strong and healthy. The one-month-old prehensile-tailed porcupette is now over 2 pounds and continues to do well behind the scenes at Wild Wonders. 💗

For the record, I was NOT startled by the air freshener.
That was a highly controlled demonstration of my lightning-fast reflexes.

Good morning and welcome to Fish For Tea Friday

They say there are three things in life you’re most likely to regret:

The chances you didn’t take.
The love you didn’t show.
And the time you spent worrying about things that, in the end, really didn’t matter.

TGIF! Here's hoping your weekend brings you moments like this one 🤩

This photo was taken last Sunday as T19C Spouter and T65A3 Amir rounded the north end of Henry Island. With some awesome early autumn weather in the forecast, we can't wait to see what this weekend has in store!

Yesterday the little one & family + T137s (-Jack) + Indy T65A5 traveled South Puget Sound together. At some point one, presumably Indy, split off & last seen up East Passage, the others kept south.
This morn, whales reported.
