also, for a moment I misinterpreted the image and started to wonder how this kind of costume would work physically, until I saw the full image and realized pffft
a collection of misinterpretations of the original selfie, a person wearing a black suit and yellow synth mask (robotic dragon-type being). The foreshortening of the arm combined with the cropping gave the impression of the back of a beast, something vaguely dragon/horse/wolf-like

Aaron desperately screams "you GOTTA HELP HIM, doc! I kept telling him his face would stick like that but he didn't listen to me!" Lizard Hugh Laurie: "I see. put the patient on 300 kilograms of vicodin intravenous, stat." Oscar thinks to himself, "fuck yes," with that fuckass oblivious grin on his face. Moments later, Aaron is in tears: "oh my god. he stopped making the face. you cured him. this really was a Doctor House (trademark) how can i ever thank you enough?" Oscar is so out of it they need to invent new words to describe how far he's dissociating. The artwork is black and white, but he is drawn in various colors, to reflect his ascension from the mortal plane. Lizard Hugh Laurie, also multicolored, says "don't mention it." An arrow points to him, stating that he is on 299.9 kg of vicodin.
