There’s a lot we can do with the solutions we know to improve acoustic environments and the well-being of those most impacted by them, but, at the same time, there are pervasive barriers and resistance to change that go beyond financial arguments. This is the biggest challenge imo.

To convince any organisation to make an investment on anything really you need a +100 pages report with the evidence on how it's going to be cost-effective and also bring profits.
Does anyone knows if this has been done for AI anywhere?

Wild that this shit is still going on -- university administrators just plowing money into AI, with no particular vision or goal, against the wishes of most professors & students, even as money is desperately needed for other things.
Calif. colleges bought everyone ChatGPT. No one knows what to do with it.
California professors say they are left improvising as the CSU partners with OpenAI.

It's been two months since I passed my viva.
The experiences that I have accumulated in my side of academia have been such that I have had no excitement about the event or about sharing it, just a wish that all is over as soon as possible.
It's so absurd it has to be like this for so many of us :(
