If your cat gremlin doesn't drink enough water like mine
Try placing water bowls in multiple places they regularly sit at & use different bowl materials (glass, metal, ceramic).

For the first time ever I took a (10year old) PC apart, cleaned, changed thermal paste & battery, used my dad's air compressor & cleaned everything... And the PC works!
The caveat is...
