I genuinely hate the speculator market that comic shops do. I honestly don’t know how long it’s been a thing but it sucks when you maybe didn’t know about something that looks interesting, but can’t get to the shop before they raise the price (i have to drive to the city to get to the nearest shop).

Man i am over this week. Went out to my battery being dead Tuesday. Dropped money on a new one. Noticed the brake lights were stuck on so i pulled them out and made an appointment at the shop.

Was going through and organizing my completed limited series titles from this year and i think Dead Teenagers was probably the best one so far. Most have been okay, and a few i could have done without, but this one had an interesting take on the “time loop”/“slasher” genre.

I made the decision today to unfollow one of the few comic stores in my area because they keep trying to slander the other local store run by former employees (without specifically naming them). I like the shop I go to now, the guys that work there are good guys.

Absolutely bummed the hell out. We've been friends for at least 15 years. We played a lot of WoW back in the day when I still played that, even was in his raiding group for a while before I burned out.
Gonna miss him.

Picked up a nice stack of trades from one of my friends. Pretty good deal for $5 per tpb and $10 for the hardback

If you’re seeing a movie at 9am and you need to get a beer from the concession stand you might have issues. Or an adult willingly seeing toy story 5 on opening weekend with a room full of children. Cause that might even make me drink, and i don’t drink at all.

One thing I’m appreciating about the nee james bond game is that it doesn’t let you save scum til you get it right. You have to deal with the consequences which fits the game narrative. (Nothing against save scumming, i do it all the time when it’s an option).

4 achievements left to have all the achievements for baldurs gate 3. But that’s gonna take at 2 more completed runs (1 is finishing honor mode).

Haven’t really watched in a while but one of those shows i don’t think you can find streaming anywhere. I’m surprised it was not expensive.

Getting pretty close to finishing Baldur's Gate 3 on Tactician Mode. Just a couple more main story missions to go and a couple side ones to wrap up. Hoping to be done tonight or sometime tomorrow.
