I love nothing more than browsing music shops, bookstores, places that sell physical DVDs/Blu Rays/video games. Will I buy something? I'm not sure, but I still enjoy just the act of looking at what's available. Even if I don't make a purchase, it's not time wasted.

They don't want to browse and explore and spend time actively pursuing a hobby they might enjoy. Instead, they want to click 5 times and then go "Behold my stuff" to an empty room because they have no actual friends.
