Last week my grandfather died (13th of October). And I can't really express what I've felt the past few days. But I do want to share what I've done to help me hold the grief and all the emotions (as an autistic person).

Somehow I instinctively made an evening ritual for myself.

I'm a 31 year old non-binary trans person. I started my transition a few years ago. I have a loving partner, who also happened to be a trans woman.

I'm enjoying my life a lot right now and have a lot of people around me who support me.

Hier word ik echt zo kwaad van. Die man verdient een straf. Ik ben zelf al 16 jaar in therapie omdat 1 persoon besloot me te verkrachten. In dit geval is er niet eens twijfel over wat gebeurd is. Een zware straf is meer dan terecht, ook al krijgt hij reacties op sociale media

Going home after a wonderful adventure. I am a trauma informed yoga teacher now. And I'm proud of myself. I learned so much about yoga, about myself. And got to meet this wonderful group of people. I will try to take it into my daily life and share it with others #yogateacher #yoga #traumaInformed

Today we have to teach our first 20-minute hatha yoga class. Excited and nervous at the same time! I'll try to put some of my knowledge of ACT (acceptence and commitment therapy) in there and see how it goes. Theme of my class will be "out of your mind" 😊 #yoga #teachertraining #ACT
