Just watched Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters. Excellent film. I love the way it's structured, the way Mishima's works and Mishima's life are short differently, the way it's colored... Really great stuff. There is something both broken and powerful that's hard to put into words.

Uuuuuugh this sucks. I played through OOT and MM using the early versions of Harbour Master and thought it was excellent software.
It's unimaginable to create such a wonderful project and completely shit it up later on. Where is the pride?

Just watched Patlabor 2 The Movie, thus completing the OG series.
I loved this movie. Its contemplative melancholy, its captivating soundtrack, its gorgeous visuals. It's got it all.
It is very different from what came before. But it's the best by a very wide margin.

I've beaten the new Onimusha. Damn good action game. I felt that the game only got better as it went on.
Also, the cutscene direction is awesome and the actor performance is full of personality.

Haven't looked into this game aside from seeing a few mocking posts. What I get from this clip is that this is game is probably awesome if you don't play video games. I don't say that to be sarcastic.
Yeah this sounds so rough oh my goodness. I think we are on peoples last straw when it comes to tolerating AAA “safeness” in game design.

There's a side mission where you help two guys "arrest illegals" and one of them throws a nazi salute in the mission intro.
