What's going to be interesting is seeing how these families have influenced state and political institutions over time. By 1950 the RCMP was good to support a Banderites/Nazi terror attack on Ukrainians in Toronto. Such Nazi elements in Canadian society have remained active over generations.

The Asper Foundation paused a $50K donation to the human rights museum because of its Nakba exhibit and its trustee called for an assessment of museum policy. The foundation has also given more than $4.8M to charities later sanctioned for sending funds to the IDF or illegal Israeli settlements.
