My car was out of fluid for a while, but I ignored it because it would always rain before I thought about refilling it. When I finally did, it wouldn’t squirt.

Mice had nested in the hood and chewed through the hose. 🐭

My dogs have been especially fickle about store bought treats lately. Turning their noses up, in this economy?

A cookie sheet of bone shaped biscuits in the foreground, a very focused pug in the background. Cheese and Oat Biscuits Ingredients 3 cups of flour - I like to use half brown rice flour and half oat flour, but wheat flour also works 1 large egg or 2 eggs if small, lightly beaten 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup shredded cheese ~1 cup water Directions Preheat oven to 350. Mix the flour, oats and cheese, then add the egg and mix some more. Add water slowly, mix and knead until it forms a ball. It shouldn’t be sticky, work a bit more flour in if that happens. Dust your preferred rolling surface with flour and roll the dough out to about 1/4in. Cut with cookie cutter. I tried making bite sized biscuits, but they cook too fast for my attention span. Arrange the biscuits on a cookie sheet, they won’t spread so they don’t need much space. I like to use parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. A cookie sheet of bone shaped biscuits, up close you can see bits of rolled oats and cheddar cheese.

There is a hilltop nature park nearby where I get to take my client’s dog walking. On a clear day there is a nice view of Wy’East (aka Mt. Hood). Sometimes there are flowers in the meadow.
