Canadian airports aren’t public utilities, and haven’t been since the 1990s. They’re operated by regional quangoes that are effectively private profit-seeing corporations without the ability to be regulated for public benefit, federally or municipally, as actual private owners might be
Airports are utilities. They (usually) have a monopoly position in markets with very high barriers to entry. This allows private utilities to extract "rents" from users of the service. Public ownership does a better job at stopping this than regulation 1/
I suspect that major airports are somewhat like electrical utilities, in that they're easier for governments to regulate when they're privately owned than when they're quasi-autonomous branches of the public sector that tend to be regulation-proof competing kingdoms

The Blue Jays offense has been the overall problem this year, but in the end it's the rotation issues that will probably do them in.

Bottom line: You can't survive 2 bullpen days a week and make it. No pen is that deep.

I'd like to thank America for something: your country's actions and words, which have pushed Canada directly towards a much tighter and possibly fully integrated relationship with the EU, means I might be able to retire (early) to Portugal in a few years without needing a Visa. 👍👍👍
