Lunar Marine Corps is the toughest, meanest, hardest-fighting branch in the whole Feddie military. Those prima donna Drop Troopers get all the fancy toys and glossy press, but Lunar Marines fight on the deadliest battlefield of all, with gear a generation out of date.

The powerpack-mounted impaled skull is a detail I've tried making before, and I'm happy to do it again, I find it extremely appropriate for black templars given it's something I'm recreating from the classic Blanche piece which is what really defines the chapters style for me

The first of my armageddon intercessors, the main addition was the many waist purity seals, but I also swapped in the mk7 style helmet, made a relic powerpack, did the crusade shield details with a pen, and I'm also pretty pleased with the shading on the hazard stripe chainsword
