i cannot in good conscience recommend stoat (formerly revolt) given how they took ~3 years to fix up their broken/barely working voice chat.
i believe their self-hosting requirements are pretty high too.

i actually did get one of my submissions back. one 10 and three 9s. (two pokemon (one 10), two Who cares (gamersupps vcard). all promos.)
