Okay - here's the thingy... That War Powers Act....- it passed the House.....It might pass the Senate.... but der Fuhrer will not sign it and Congress does not have an overriding majority. Right now - it is DOA and just going through the motions.

The fairness Doctrine needs to be completely reworked to include Protections from A.I Theft, and Mis-use, Social Media regulation to include Human Rights for Speech, content, and Social Intent.
