Growing Up in the 2020s is a national study following nearly 8,000 young people in England over 5 years. It's led by @annafreudcharity.bsky.social, in partnership with UCL and Ipsos.

New findings from the AWARE trial, which evaluated two school-based mental health programmes with 12,000+ Year 9 pupils in England.

The Guide improved intended help-seeking, but further investigation of both programmes is needed before wider rollout.
