The Immigration and Asylum Bill will create dangerous gaps in support for child victims, limits protection from disqualification only to children with immigration status and risks children being disbelieved because of delayed disclosure.

• Modern slavery or human trafficking → linked to foreign national children
• Sexual and criminal exploitation → often linked to UK children

But child trafficking doesn’t work like this.
