The sleep paralysis is seriously shit tonight. I've spent God knows how long trying to wake myself up, my hearts absolutely racing and my head's pounding. So much so that my Fitbit just notified me that I've had ten active minutes of cardio exercise! Fingers crossed the rest of the nights kinder

There are not enough painkillers in the world for my hands tonight, tried tens, tried heat and cold, tried volterol and co-codamol... It's going to be a very long night

Coming a roast dinner for the first time in an age.... Not blowing my own trumpet but the roasties coated in sage and onion stuffing mix look perfect! (Disclaimer, taste test might say differently though)

Successful day today, number one child taken to physio then moved back to halls, nap taken, almost finished crocheting a blanket, 36th blood donation done and cake eaten! Not a bad start to my week off!

I am so.sick.of hearing this rain.....

I now have four days off, I would say that I have plans to clean the house, reorganise cupboards, get all the clothes in the house washed, put away the Christmas decks etc etc but the fibro fog is bad so I'm listening to my body and resting... (At least that's my excuse) happy new year all
