For real though, I wish everyone would stop painting rural America with the same broad brush. Yes, there are Nazis but there are also conservationists, humanitarians, and really unique and interesting people. Also it’s fucking beautiful in a lot of rural areas.

And the rural US is MUCH more diverse than people think it is. There are a lot of cool people doing rad work out there with zero support because everyone is so committed to mythologizing a ‘rural America’ that never existed. Come touch our grass!!
