Wow. One of the most difficult & best films I've seen in a while. So powerful, but troubling to watch. Olivia Colman's portrayal shows why she is so respected, & Eddie Marsan - wow. Peter Mullan is wonderful as always. Be forewarned: very difficult to watch, with very troubling depictions.

My father, Monte Ellis, monteellis.wordpress.com, was a wildlife artist & passed in 2009. These are from a series of pencils he did of rough water. I believe the inspiration for these most likely came from a months-long canoe trip he & three others made to the Arctic Circle in 1974.
