Here’s a reductive print of an imaginary book cover I designed, based on my DnD character Leela. It was carved in MDF and printed with water-based ink.

I recently created and ran a workshop at Georgetown University’s makerspace.

The workshop was called “From Block to Book”, and was a four-session deep-dive into woodcut printmaking and the book-making process for beginners. I am so greatful to everyone who showed up🌷

I had an amazing time at Georgetown’s Maker hub Expo! I got to show some of my prints and blocks 💚

I have been volunteering as a “Maker neighbor” at Georgetown since January, and have loved the opportunity to oversee, teaching workshops, and having a space to work on my art.

I decided to update my “meet the artist” since it’s been about a year since the last one! I’m not sure if I love it but that’s ok!

Also, I’ve been off social media for a while because I got a job! It is taking up a lot of my time, so I might post more sketches for a while 💚

Here is another promo-art I did for my internship last summer. The style and character designs were created by another artist, but I created the composition and drew it all myself!

This project ended up getting canceled, but I am still happy with the way this piece turned out!

I’m going to take a little break from posting for this week since Thanksgiving travel and stuff will have me busy.

This is based on the backstory for my current dungeons and dragons character. It's 7 pages (excluding the cover)!

Like many fantasy bards, Alumor is a bit of a flirt!
