I didn’t know Dolly Parton (of course I didn’t ) but I’m
fairly sure I understood the soul of her not just from her music but also from her actions. She did good and I am sad she has gone.

What are they thinking, those men in power who abuse/ enable abuse? Is it that power is an invisibility cloak, envied by all but available only to them? As if they are our subconscious masquerading heroes? As if, in their place, we would be them? As if ethics and morality are commodities?

Very sad news that the CCA is closing, effective immediately. Dreadful news for people who work and rent space there and a real loss to the arts in Glasgow.

Nazi Germany employed thugs to enforce their prohibitive laws. They terrorised and murdered innocent citizens. They were called Brownshirts and had loyalty to no-one but their leader. Trumps brownshirts are ICE. Forgive me if you already know this.
