This is a Mennonite restaurant, and you can make a day of it by eating here and visiting the St. Jacob’s Farmers’ Market.
Amazing. The "Full Meal Deal" is still only $26+ tax+tip. You get soup or salad, choice of bun, choice of protein (most people get 3 pc famous broasted chicken), choice of potato, choice of vegetable (coleslaw, sauerkraut or carrots), and a dessert to finish.

The Carney Liberals are pursuing straight Conservative policies: privatization, attacking labour, rolling back enviro policies, tax cuts for the wealthy, huge military spending, rolling back healthcare, bitumen pipelines…
No wonder Jason Kenney’s cheering.

I don’t believe the U.S. taxpayer should continue to arm Netanyahu’s government with deadly military equipment.

I believe Netanyahu is a war criminal and that his government has committed genocide in Gaza.

This doesn't make me antisemitic. (I’m Jewish, by the way.)

well, the Edmonton Oilers don’t realize how upset fans are re the signing of Formenton, 1 of the London 5 involved in deplorable conduct with a woman. his acquittal does not equal innocence.

Oilers are tone deaf to the need for women to be respected, believed. many are sadly turning away.

Decades of neoliberalism have blinded our leaders to the range of tools at our disposal to build a less dependent, more democratic, equitable, sustainable Canada - if they were crucial to our sovereignty and security or to the public good even if not privately profitable.

Canadian airports are public infrastructure. So why is Mark Carney promising to hand over our public airports to private foreign investors?
Instead, let's build better airports, support Canadian workers, improve service and safety, and keep the benefits public.
