When you are just beginning to fundraise, it’s hard to know where to focus. You know you need money, but it’s not clear how to find it.

We wrote this article to help new fundraisers and young nonprofits bring order to chaos and be confident in the face of uncertainty.

"Impact depends not just on what an NGO aims to do, but on what it’s built to carry."

Interesting take on practices that hold NGOs back. Examples focus on international NGOs, but some patterns will be familiar to local groups, like doing impact measurement only for funders.
The Seven Labors of the Modern NGO (SSIR)
Good missions don’t automatically become good results. Seven self-imposed burdens most often separate the two, and senior leaders can dismantle them.
