You can look in your state/see where these sources of air toxics are located. Do you live near one?

See link here for online version of the map with data built in re name/etc for each pollution source given Trump waiver:

These documents in the threads were generated as a result of more than a dozen FOIAs.

A big thank you FOIA staff involved, going through all these requests, doing redactions when necessary, and then helping democracy work by making documents public

Being a foia officer is a massive public service

They also show the kind of work that goes on behind our reporting. You don't just go out to the field. You dig. For months

Turn every page, Caro said.

Why is it so hard on Slack to find unread messages? Is this intentionally built into Slack just to infuriate users, so you can see you have unread messages, but you cannot find them.

I am so proud to work at a news organization that takes freedom of the press rights as seriously as The NYT.

What a huge honor it is that NYT is being recognized for unrelentingly fighting this fight--David McCraw, our lawyer extraordinaire, and Richard Stevenson, DC Bureau Chief.

On some days, Trump's arch would even shade the grave and eternal flame of JFK.
