I go to the gym basically everyday now. And it came to my attention some people come in and JUST do 30min of the stairmaster.
I am not one to yuck someone’s yum. But why?

Does anyone have advice on how to change a bedtime routine? We now go to bed at 10 PM to wake up at 6AM. And I cannot fall asleep, yet I wake up between 4.30 and 5.15 AM to go and pee. And I am slowly getting really grumpy about it.

I am doing really well with KPIs at work, to the point I often have 20- 30 minutes an hour spare before I need to take on new tickets. So I would love a game I can play on my second monitor (vertically) but I feel.... uninspired.
