Thinking about this again for @fairlibraryjobs.bsky.social - looking for reading on AI in recruitment and/or statements from employers about if they use AI detection, their attitude to use of gen AI in applications.
Anyone got any recommendations for reading on the ethics of AI use in recruitment? Especially detecting suspected AI use by applicants and how/whether that can be done in a fair and equitable way.
