There is definitely a tendency in the mind to dismiss/diminish whatever ur not involved w I do this so allocating work to another party does make u forget what kinda time and effort it entails and it's not like im the Perfect Worker but y'know to voice this when I'm juggling the rush from everyone

Every boss is the same even the "good ones" in the sense they have no respect for u and talk like they are the only sentient human in the building and everyone else should be their little drone at their beck and call and why aren't u doing this better and finishing everything when short staffed
