Denver is home. On a fitness journey; down 127lbs, 23 to go. Trying a new home since that other site is trash. 🌈 Getting into bodybuilding!

A little about me. Diagnosed prediabetic and knew I needed to make a change. Lost about 20-30lbs quickly and back to a safe diagnosis. But wanted to keep going. 110lbs down, 40 to go.

6 month progress. Up 20lbs so the definition definitely is less, but the muscles look fuller and lats look wider. Cut back to, I think, about 230. Goal is to get to 15% bf from the current 20%.
