Hi I'm Neg and I do a lot of stuff 🌻 I cosplay, stream on Twitch, and once in a blue moon I post art. I like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy and I'm very annoying about it

people talk about "media literacy" usually in the context of "needing the villain to look into the camera and tell you they're bad," but it goes the other way too--people will fly into a rage and start insisting "fiction has no effect on reality" if you DO acknowledge context, subtext, framing, etc.

Tetsuya Nomura stopped by Square Enix's new café & shop in Los Angeles this past weekend. Nomura was in town for the D23 expo, where we learned more about Kingdom Hearts IV and a new animated series in development.

My boss just complimented my fashion sense and I'm sitting here like "thanks I steal it from whatever fictional character is at the fixation station at present"

i keep getting ads on ig for those like 8 inch hidden height boost boots and on one hand it's very tempting. but on the other my ONLY identifiable trait as a cosplayer is that i'm the size of an elementary schooler. will people even know me without that.......

LONG AWAITED SEQUEL: he remembered my ass. Whether because prompto or because short, unclear. Probably both.
Picture from Connecticon of me in Prompto cosplay with Robbie Daymond. I'm throwing up a peace sign (no one look at my wrist /j) Picture from Connecticon of me in Prompto cosplay with Robbie Daymond. I have my hands under my chin and he's fully taking advantage of my height to do the same above my head Print of the ffxv party taking a selfie. The print is styled as if it were a physical photo on which Noctis wrote: "You guys...are the best. Thank you. -Noctis" The print is signed by Robbie Daymond, and he added the Prompto quote, "Lemme get this shot!!"

Have to say they did a really good job translating the canon prompto experience into duellum. You are at the mercy of your teammates and can also be exploded in two hits

Remarks from Final Fantasy VII Recollection director Naoki Hamaguchi and creative director Tetsuya Nomura courtesy of Square Enix:
"I'm beyond excited to announce FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION, launching simultaneously across all platforms in Spring 2027. I'm truly grateful to our fans who believed in this story and supported us for so many years. In this title, centered around "resolve," Cloud and his companions will confront their journey towards the final battle that will determine the planet's fate. All the stories and emotions accumulated over the years will culminate in the most satisfying way with this experience, brought to you as the series' final chapter. Please look forward to it." Naoki Hamaguchi Director "As creators, we have carefully built and nurtured the FINAL FANTASY VII series over many years, expanding it through numerous spin-off titles along the way. Over time, we believe each fan has developed their own unique interpretation of the story, and our goal has been to bring all of these FINAL FANTASY VII stories together so that they ultimately converge in the final chapter of the Remake Series. While there may be a mix of excitement and uncertainty, we are confident that this journey will remain an unforgettable experience for years to come. Thank you sincerely for joining us and being part of this journey over so many years." Tetsuya Nomura Creative Director
