I think there's a lot you can criticize about the site, but I'm pretty sure most criticisms come from a place of wanting to see the site be the best it can be for the furry community since there's not many sites like it left.

Running a website isn't cheap. Running a large website, especially so. While there are legitimate criticisms about how FurAffinity is coded and operated, there's no getting around it being pricey to provide a service at their scale and in-house ads can't cover the cost. If you can help, please do so
A lot of people assume FA is profitable. If that were the case we wouldn't have needed a GFM when Neer passed to keep it out of probate.

Running a website isn't cheap. Running a large website, especially so. While there are legitimate criticisms about how FurAffinity is coded and operated, there's no getting around it being pricey to provide a service at their scale and in-house ads can't cover the cost.
