Haymarket sells affordable produce to Bostonians, but healthy and nutritious food was going to waste. We worked with Recycling Works, @foodjustice.boston.gov, and @environment.boston.gov to change that.
Now with the Greater Boston Collaborative Food Hub’s help, more fresh food reaches our residents!

This Republican proposal to decimate SNAP will make groceries more expensive for more than 100,000 Bostonians. It’s an unacceptable attack on working families.
The House Ag bill released tonight would take away or cut #SNAP food benefits for millions of low-income people struggling to afford groceries—families w/ children, seniors, ppl w/ disabilities, veterans & workers in low-wage jobs.
