I have been a little slower with this, as I'm flip flopping between armatures, learning more about rigify, and the best way to rig the skirt, might also put her into A pose in the end - and I'm lowkey procrastinating her hair lol

The chibi bases are done! Oh they are so cute, im loving this style a lot!
I can't wait to make and edit them into other characters, I have so many ideas I need to make sure I pace myself and stay realistic but im still so excited

Finally got all the facials done, I kept it simple but the combinations you can make are pretty good~
I did like making the texture faces, but I also enjoy having the face modeled. I don't miss the shader editor and all those nodes for the face animation lol
Next is rigging!

He's Rigged! I believe my chibi male base is done, and I'm pretty happy with the poly count and how he came out! Time for the female base edit, then I can start making characters!
I ended up using the rigify armature, a simple eye rig, and he has 30 shape keys for expressions~
