My 83 yr old mom said that Trump is promising seniors a check from the tariff money. She said she needs the money but even if he ever delivered on that promise she's NEVER voting for his ass or anyone who supports him.

In my Zepbound support group on Reddit I posted that the Super Bowl MAHA fat shaming commercial followed by all the GLP1 commercials made me feel super ick. Thought I would get more pushback, but it's been overwhelmingly "yeah...it rubbed me the wrong way too. Just lower our med costs instead!"

Yeah. This is gunna be super important. But probably advice for states with mail-in ballots. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE USPS MAIL! Bring it directly to a ballot box. Preferably one that is in public view with a lot of people as witnesses.
I cannot over-emphasize how important it will be for people to make a plan to vote early in-person this year.
