On Aug. 6, a Senate committee voted to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt and refer him for prosecution. @oneillinstitute.bsky.social's @gostin.bsky.social says it's legally flawed because his pardon didn't cover state charges, and referrals require a full Senate vote. @medpagetoday.com
