Making a coffee at my daughter's house and saw her mug in the cupboard... she's a Lab Technologist at our local hospital. With many of these new Doctors this mug is very true.

My world's in turmoil, up is down, black is white, nothing makes sense... I just listened to Miley Cyrus singing Metallica's Nothing Else Matters and really enjoyed it. Then I did a deep dive and somehow I became a fan. Her version of Jolene was amazing. I'm not sure my taste in music will survive.

Had my first steak in 7 years last night. Doctors told me to stay away from red meat but last night I decided "Fuck it, I'm having one." Having a colonoscopy in 3 weeks so... in my memory it tasted waaaay better. Everyone else tried it and said it was delicious. Apparently I enjoy chicken more.

I was probably the only Canadian that didn't watch the gold medal game... I had to choose between the game and helping my grandson build his first snowman.

Is there a more nerve wracking job than replacing the springs on a garage door? Just the thought of that spring letting loose while you add tension is scary stuff... it's all done and working great but thinking this is a job I need to pay to get done 🤔 Nah, I'm too cheap.
