Metal Warriors feels like a Japanese mecha game such as Cybernator, but it was actually made by LucasArts.
You can not only pilot 6 different mech suits, but also jump out of your current one and run around as a human. And there's a 2-player split screen mode too!

MELT, a lost 1997 PC game featuring Iron Maiden's Eddie, has been recovered! We're releasing a build for the first time, along with source code and an updated version for modern PCs. We also speak to developer Paul Tebbutt. Thanks to Tamaracade for their earlier research.

I always wondered what happened to this game!
It's been nice to see Konami finally take Silent Hill seriously enough to release a couple of good new games, even if they're pretty loosely connected to what came before.
Silent Hill's at its best when it's deeply unsettling and scarier in your imagination than it actually is onscreen.

Silent Hill: Townfall is good — very good, in fact. Especially the sequence in a municipal-style high rise building which plays like a slow-burn, Ballardian take on The Raid.
It's a game less of psychosexual terror than psychosocial dread: I was hooked.

I liked it better when they would set up screens with the characters. But these animatronic puppets are fascinating.

Biomechanical Toy is a truly odd run and gun game from Spain that absolutely must be seen to be believed - the graphics are stunning, the action is great, and the story... well, at least there is one. Sort of!

Biomechanical Toy is a truly odd run and gun game from Spain that absolutely must be seen to be believed - the graphics are stunning, the action is great, and the story... well, at least there is one. Sort of!

I remember playing the first Phoenix Wright on my Nintendo DS and begging people to try it.
I saw some Capcom folks at a trade show and begged them for details about the then-upcoming part 2 and they were seriously surprised anyone cared about the game.
I'm glad this series has kept on going!
