Frustratingly, weight went down to 197 despite upping my calories. So I guess I’m adding more Cinnamon Toast Crunch to my diet 🥳

Still here. Thankful for being able to at least go hard on leg day while I work on post neck surgery upper body recovery/rebuilding.

2 weeks post neck surgery - double disc replacement. Shocked at how quickly I’m feeling back to normal but there’s still a long road ahead of healing the damaged nerves and correcting the atrophy.

The 25’-26’ season is done. We didn’t do that great but I sure had a sweaty good time anyway
