Look, I get it. I want to interact with people's content too. But I'm legitimately asking everyone who interacts with my content to add something of their own because just reskeeting it only propagates it out to their followers. I have enough trouble with bots and content scraping followers.
9/11 is a day of frustration for me. Everyone in the US talks about how the nation was unified in grief. But it wasn't. It restarted a generational distrust of "outsiders", just like the Japanese in WWII, or Irish immigrants in the 1800s escaping the poor economy, or many many other examples. ½

I'm so sore and stiff (not the good kind) and tired. Worked damn hard to get a now completely vacant apartment cleaned out, sandwiched between 2x 6hr drives in 36hrs. I need a soft belly or chest to snooze on for a few days. But noooooo. Apparently I have a paid job that requires work to be done. 😴😵💫
