There was a lot of chatter about Sarah Huckabee's ad using a white gamer loser in her ad about "work requirements," but the lede, to me, was that they were about *Medicaid* work requirements.

IE, the gamer wasn't getting a welfare check. He just had health care!
What isn't surprising: work requirements are reducing coverage because of paperwork burdens

What is surprising: apparently The Pitt had a storyline that demonstrated the difficulty of navigating Medicaid redeterminations

The new update added some fixes, it seems lot of bosses were given more visible hit effects.
