I was watching highlights of the Liverpool Spurs game earlier. The game where we clinched the title in 2025. It really made me think how much I want that feeling again. We’ve been really lucky to see our team win the league twice in 6 years but I want that feeling again.

I think there are 3/4 pieces missing in our team. Two of them need sorting in the market and 2 we can sort now. Number 6,number 10 & a right winger. I would play Trey and put Dom as the 10. The midfield from 2024/25 only needed tweaking with a 6. Just imagine Dom as a 10 under a manager more intense

If I was to be ultra positive I’d say we are still unbeaten. Harder to beat and maybe that’s the starting point on this project. But I feel like that’s really papering over the cracks. Poor performance. Was it the energy ? Is that what’s going to happen all season when there’s two games a week?

It’s simple what I I want from Liverpool today. Fight like you’re playing the best team in the world. Just like every game treat every team like that. Be so hungry to win. They’ve started the season poorly but they’ve caused us issues before. We need to be consistent. Hopefully we can win 2-0.

My first Champions League Game at Anfield 😁what a night what an experience! What an atmosphere. Macca mate. The best thing we might have ever done was not give you that contract last year. Let it spur you on like it did with Salah. Hopefully Barcola isn’t injured. Always a tight game with Atletico.
