I'm so used to showing up at a venue and there's like seven people I know that just happen to be there, but this show's mostly cis people so I'm looking around and finding a startling lack of friends and people I haven't talked to in years.

idk how to apply for tons of jobs like I've seen people describe, if each application requires customizing your resume and writing a cv then doesn't each one take tons of time and effort
