If this year's NZ election cycle has taught me anything, it's that the people in Labour you would expect to know better, either A: don't actually know better, B: are vulnerable to capture, or C: aren't working in your interests.

@fadeinpro.com Is there a way (or plans for a way) to write markdown (or other shorthand), and have Fade In apply it? I usually find that easier than selecting text and hitting shortcuts, or having to change formatting in advance.
Though maybe I also shouldn't be using italics in a script so much.

Look over the rest of the script to edit it. Character says the exact same thing a couple pages later.

I'm writing my game script in Australian English, but I still use the American terms for things to help disambiguate, and sometimes I just completely forget regular ass words, or forgetting that a word is a regionalism.

Writing a game script, and writing the words "The player takes control." can either be entirely mundane or go hard depending on how you read it.

I love forgetting the name of something, going to search for it, and finally remembering what the name is right after I hit enter. Especially funny when the results of the search are completely not the thing I was looking for.

I'm sorry to all the Chris's I know, but the NZ election cycle this year has made me increasingly sick of hearing that name. It's not you, it's the fault of a bunch of fuckwits.

look its simple: if roger rabbit is exonerated the toons gain control of the acme corporation leading to "coyote vs acme". if roger rabbit is convicted, humans retain control as seen in "looney tunes: back in action". if marvin acme is never killed then chip and dale rescue rangers (2022) happens

I know this is an unrelated point, but it continues to be frustrating seeing so much of the money spent by the Greens going to Meta. It makes the endless donation request emails even more grating, because so much of it ends up being spent directly on Facebook and Instagram ads.
