I can almost hear the global outcry against the Israeli government’s atrocities at this point.
I’m not sure there’s been this much support for the Palestinian people in my lifetime. But it’s still not enough. They need to pay for what they are doing. Period.

Well, she’s in her final spot. All that’s left to do is sift and mix about 10-15 more gallons of substrate today and she’s in recovery time!

It’s been a massive undertaking. My body is exhausted. My yard sucks for heavy material logistics. Ran out of day light today unhappy with the seat of the 40x40” box base. Better to be sure I guess

Another Friday night and another Japanese maple added to my collection. This is a mature Koto Maru and man it’s a gorgeous tree.
KM are known for their tiny leaves and dwarf stature. Can’t wait to clean her up this winter and see what she can do in Spring with more root space!

Turns out all I needed was a harebrained plan and enough ignorance (and safety precautions) to just get after it. Solo and no sweat.
First try. Straight in the bucket…. Strapped her down. One more obstacle… right hand curve up a slope into the backyard.
Will build up the turn with packing gravel.
