I'm sure the NDP thinks "ooh scary vote fraud" will play well in the media, they are completely missing the fact that this legislation prevents them from doing effective GOTV (no scrutineer sequence nos.) and turning people out, in a vote that we've been constantly told will come down to turnout.
Once again, the UCP is changing the rules at the last minute for their separatist friends.
