Concerned Albertan from St.
Albert. Watching my province sleepwalk into oblivion. 😬
This just turns my stomach. 😒
Starbucks’ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024.

In 2025, he made 1,794x more.

And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers?

I will continue my boycott of Starbucks.

Alberta is a mess
We have a government that's actively pushing racism & separatism
There are credible threats of annexation by the US & foreign interference to make this happen
All because Smith & the UCP are trying to hold onto their jobs
Should be criminal

With $130 million, we can buy 100 MRIs to cut wait time for 1000s of Alberans or buy 600 Ambulances prevent Albertans from dying while waiting 85 minutes for an Ambulance ride to hospital. I very sorry to say that our Premier has decided to spend that on a referendum that's dividing Albertans. 🖕

Voting to separate isn’t a risk free way to send Ottawa a message.
It’s a vote of confidence in these absolute morons and their plan to make Alberta a US resource colony. #cdnpoli

A great explanation of federal/provincial responsibilities under the CDN Health Care Act. 👍

This isn't a slip of the tongue or an off-handed remark.

The premier's office sends Bruce McAllister onstage and online to say vile things because they want him to.

💯 agree, a truly eye-rolling moment. I wonder if they recognize the irony of replacing the Albertasaurus with a symbol of a soon-to-be extinct or 🦕 industry.
So many egregious things about this ... but what pushed me over the edge was replacing the Albertasaurus with A FUCKING OIL DERRICK. I am sick of the UCP shoving this shit down our throats. If I have to carry this in my wallet, I'm stickering over the oil worship. #Alberta #abpoli #firetheucp

Alberta’s grievances with Ottawa are mostly manufactured, always exaggerated and, often, completely illusory.

Now it's time for the people who spent the last decade amplifying and weaponizing them to put out the fire they helped create. #cdnpoli #abpoli

“The updated approach is transparent, needs-based, and aligns available provincial funding more consistently with service demands and operating realities across the province."
A word salad typical of this government. They don't give a shit about protecting the most vulnerable Albertans.

I agree 💯. I hate the racist and exclusionary overtones of the "questions." Additionally, even if Smith manages not to blow the whole country apart, this referenda will scare off investors and drive capital out of the province. It's a lose-lose situation.
As an Albertan taxpayer, I don't see why we need to pay for a referenda on non-binding constitutional questions
or racists questions aimed at denying healthcare to people who already pay taxes
This is a monumental task for elections Alberta, which will require up to 90,000 election workers
