I have a habit of latching on to pre-existing characters when I envision a character in a novel. so like, while reading Middlemarch, the main character is named Dorothea, so I think of Fire Emblem Dorothea. But then she marries an old man and I envision him as Willam Defoe.

-I made my own sour cream and used it as an ingredient in banana bread
-I flopped making something called Bread Cheese (also called Juustoa), pictured below. you put it in coffee? but overcooked it bad
-I made something called Schiz Cheese and topped it w/ polenta

made lasagna (for the first time ever?) and it might be a bit heavy on the meat sauce but I used fresh, homemade ricotta and mozzarella for it 😋

third attempt at mozzarella and oh my god it's amazing. I'm brining it in a garlic/salt/whey/water mixture and it's so good. look at how clean and shiny it looks!!
