Update almost a year later...the ceiling did in fact become floor. And then the cat from the upstairs apartment said hi.
No the landlord didn't fix this in a timely manner. We moved out about 3 weeks after this happened.

It's the last few weeks of elementary school for my eldest. We are also in the middle of a move to a house we inherited.
My hair is falling out.
My joints hurt so much.
My stomach refuses to behave.
My body doesn't care if the stress is positive or negative.
Lupus sucks.
