I've been struggling so hard with my regressive side, I know I NEED some babying and gentle just for a bit to cope with everything going on in my head, and sometimes don't know where or whom to turn to. I feel misunderstood a lot, even in the AB/DL community and it's tough.🤕🥺

I want to document that, even thought I havent properly wet the bed in like four years, I do have "squirting accidents" when it's a cold night. I was so tired last night I fell asleep without covers. Despite warm pajamas... woke up with slightly damp underwear... and a small yellow patch in them.😅

Are there any autistic or mentally ill ABs here? Has anyone ever felt so drained and exhausted to even put on your diaper on and be a baby? You just stay in bed in your pajamas because you have no energy to just stan up an go through the entire diapering process. I have. Thumbsucking helps though.

I went out diapered, in onesie and overalls. I’ve never been out so babyish in public but it was nice. I was with a close friend, Daddy-type. We went to the cinema, eat out and to the mega store for a book for Baby Me!

I went out diapered, in onesie and overalls. I’ve never been out so babyish in public but it was nice. I was with a close friend, Daddy-type. We went to the cinema, eat out and to the mega store for a book for Baby Me!
