My rush to finish the original game was partly inspired by wanting to not be spoiled for the last part of the game when I went to this preview. Turns out everything is so different that it didn't matter, but it was still fun to be able to get a taste of the evolution! (Truly so much FF7 this year)

I'd played games since I was a tacker and there were plenty of games that I loved. From Wolf 3D, Doom, Jill of the Jungle etc. but there is one game that showed me just how good they can be and made me chase writing about them. I was 18 at the time.
